L A Nails

The "owner" yelled at my 12 year old daughter and told her not to come back.

My daughter and other family went in to get there nails done before the first day of school. My daughter who is 12 was very unhappy with her nails. She sent me pictures and they were probably the worst job I had ever seen. She got the nerve up to say something and The "owner" said they are fine she said no they are not. The were bent upward, glue all over her fingers, shaped all different. She had every right to say she wasn't happy. She is very timid and hardly speaks up. So the owner at leases she said she was the owner, started yelling at her saying she doesn't know and she's too young. My older daughter said please just fix them or take them off. She then threw her hand up at her not to speak. She told my 12 year old never to come back. She was crying so hard she couldn't breathe. While all the other costumers where watching. She was so sad. I then entered and paid for the rest of the family. This was so uncalled for and unkind. She is 12. This woman whether she is the owner or not acted very improper.
