My car was towed by this company while I was legally parked.

My car was towed by this company while I was legally parked. L&L Towing Inc 1630 San Francisco Ave Long Beach. They charged me $411 to get it back after many many phone calls and him hanging up on me. He would not tell me who had it towed and the street he says it was towed from was not where it was parked by me. This man is a thief and drives around picking up cars that are NOT parked illegally and makes hundreds of dollars from people. PLEASE read the reviews of all the people he scammed. This man needs to be stopped! I'm afraid to park my car and have him come take it again as I don't have the money to keep doing this :( The police won't help and said I need to get a lawyer that I cannot afford. This is a crime and he is making money off innocent people. His name is Lou (Oscar) Arias. He will only take cash and has gates around his place with killer dogs and a sign which basically says you will shot if you come on his property. What kind of business can this be? He is a criminal! Once he takes your car you have no choice to pay to get it back and he REFUSES to give you the information that by law has too. Please please help stop him!
