LA Puente Home Shelter

This lady should be repremanded at least and put on a probation time to correct her attitude. Thank you.

My wife and I have been staying at the shelter listed above. For the most part we have been treated very nicely. But there is one lady that works there that is anything but nice. She talks down to you like you are the scum of the earth. I realize that people do run into problems in life and have to resort to staying at a shelter like this. My wife and I included, after living in our same house for 20 years. But people are people and have feelings. I went to pick up some dishes that fell on the floor and got yelled at like I just destroyed the kitchen area. She accused me of getting my own dishes, and when I explained what I was doing she said and did everything but called me a liar. She wasn't anywhere near the counter where this happened. I just handed her the dishes and said thank you, have a nice day and walked away. We've seen her belittle people to where they were almost in tears. If you don't like you're job then quit and get one where you don't have to deal with people. With all said, I shall sign off now. Thank you for your time.
