Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Change their staffers or be on everything that happens, fir the better.

My aunt is a patient at this facility. As of this moment, she is in the hospital, unresponsive. She was taken to the hospital because her oxygen level was too low and she tested positive for covid. In the hospital they found that she had pneumonia, covid, she was dehydrated, MRSA, a UTI, also a 3 inch bed sore, from not being turned.when she was sent to the hospital, not one family member was contacted. Not even her grown son. So she was at the hospital almost a full day, before any of us knew. I went to see her a week before in the nursing home and she was wearing a pull-up. She told me that they told her that she has gained too much weight for them to get her up to go to the restroom. Also she had said they stopped answering her calls. If they was turning her when she needed to be turned, she wouldn't have the bed sore and she probably wouldn't have pneumonia. And maybe if they would have gotten her up, or even just have listen to her that she had pain, she wouldn't be in this position.
