They should offer protein sources for non meat eaters, especially since they use tofu in their meat dishes!

They don't offer any protein sources for like tofu etc. for vegetarians and the manager said it's because some people don't like tofu but some people don't like meat either. A restaurant that fails to offer vegetarian protein sources in 2018 is unheard of even fast food restaurants offer veggie burgers. The owner made it seem like it was my fault because I don't eat meat, I am a kitchen manager and chef and I would never treat our speak to someone that was because of their religious beliefs! I will never come back and if I would've known this prior to coming for my son's birthday I would've made a different choice!
