Poor customer service. The sales rep then proceeds to tell my husband he can't afford anything and degraded him.

My husband was looking at purchasing a truck, we were told they would work on getting a better offer for us and we would hear from them the next day, however we never did. Instead when my husband called they sold the truck to someone else and didn't even have the decency to call us. Poor customer service. The sales rep then proceeds to tell my husband he can't afford anything and degraded him. You want proof we have all text messages . He was degrading and rude. If this is the kind of customer service Lakeway stands behind then I won't do business and I'll make sure to spread our experience wherever and however I need to. In order to let everyone know what kind of place this is. A personal apology from the sales rep as I will never spend my money there again but I would like an apology.
