Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. our bathroom renovation.

We just used the LAR Construction and Remodeling to help us get contractor quotes for our bathroom renovation. It works like a concierge service, and we worked with Sharon as our PM. He listened to our needs and design ideas and walked us through the whole process, setting us up with several great contractors to choose from. I love how they are intense about vetting and background checking everyone they recommend - it was much more intensive than any other place I tried to find contractor recommendations. I was also super impressed with their service and follow up. So happy I didn't have to waste time wading through contractor referrals on my own, and we LOVED the work their recommended contractor did in our bathroom! If only I had known about LAR Construction and Remodeling for our other home projects! Thank you, guys!
