Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Excellence

Mr Dengler and her staff were friendly, compassionate, kind, and professional from start to finish. We were faced with another horrific funeral home initially. Mr. Dengler assisted with a smooth transfer of my sister putting our minds at ease. They handled everything with the sensitivity and ease needed in the difficult area of death. The day we had to come and sign off on documents, select urns, and complete everything was very difficult. But I never felt rushed, prodded, or like it was business as usual. All the logistical items were clear, and they took the time to explain everything in detail. They definitely took our feelings and emotions seriously and that was very much appreciated. Best Funeral Services showed great respect and care throughout. No hoops to jump through, or multiple calls to make. I highly recommend them. Thank you Best! You truly made a difference during such a difficult time.
