Listen to your customer

We have had problems with our 2018 Toyota prius with the battery 4 times and we had to almost hold their hand to show them the problem. Well guess what after having it for four days they finally found that the battery showed a fault. Wow they could of found that 3 days ago. Now they tell us they don't have the 12 volt battery in stock and it will be at the least 1 week before they will have one. Does this dealership not care about their customers. We have been stranded 4 times with this problem. I will never come back to this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone. If anyone would like to hear more you can contact me
