Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Poor options

I wanted to buy VIP tickets as a gift for my sister and brother-in-law for a Jim Gaffigan show. Non-VIP tickets max out at $50. The VIP package is $150 PER PERSON and include a meet and greet with Jim, signed DVD, signed poster, and premium seats. If I want my sister and brother-in-law to sit together, I have to buy 2 VIP tickets - $300 - which would also mean another DVD and poster. Why would they want two of the same poster and DVD!!! Who goes to these by themselves! A smarter option would be to have a pair of tickets, a DVD, poster and meet and greet and charge $200 - that's something I'd be willing to pay! I called customer service and they offered no alternative to buying two tickets! I'll just have to go with regular tickets - which I'm really disappointed with since I really wanted the meet and greet for my brother-in-law.
