Dear Mr. Kendricks and Mr. Shelnutt, Good morning. I hope this message finds you well. I have made multiple attempts over the past few months to contact your office by phone and email regarding a refund, but I have yet to receive a response. I am writing once again to formally request a refund for the $5,000 payment made to your office in December 2024 for legal representation for my son. Unfortunately, Mr. Shelnutt did not work on my son's case at all, nor did he return any of his phone calls. Since the payment was made, we have not received any communication or legal service from your office. As a result, I am left in a difficult financial position and unable to afford hiring another attorney to pursue a resolution. I am kindly and sincerely asking that you refund the $5,000 we paid, as no services were rendered. I truly hope this matter can be resolved promptly and amicably.
