In 2008 when the stock market was crashing, I cashed in and sent Lear Capital a check for $342,000 for gold and silver. Lear Capital then sent me $200,000 in gold and silver, stealing $142,000 from me. I called them and received no satisfaction. Resolution Sought Send me the $142,000 in gold and silver that they stole from me.

I sent $25,000 worth of silver that they were buying from me they said they got boxes filled with cement I had UPS doing investigation the boxes were safe all the way until they got to Lear capital I am awaiting they got the boxes threw some bricks in it after taking my silver out in order to rip me off of $25,000 I have pictures of the boxes from UPS I have pictures of boxes at Lear capital and eyewitness that the silver was in the box Resolution Sought They offered me $19,500 to buy them I want my 19,500 that's all I want.

Lear Capital has left Mr. Forcucci several messages asking him to call us back, and we would like to talk with this person who he is claiming is an "eyewitness that the silver was in the box". Mr. Forcucci has not called us back. We received boxes with broken up cinder blocks instead of silver, and we emailed pictures of these blocks to Mr. Forcucci. We would welcome Mr. Forcucci's phone call, if he would call us back.
