Do Not Book Through HotelPlanner! I booked through Hotel Planner and the reservation was never made. Beyond the inconvenience of having to pay AGAIN for another room before our arrival, it is now past the 10 business days that they said I would have my refund. I have now filed a fraud complaint with Bank of America in the hopes they can act on my behalf. I don't know that I will receive my money back but know for certain I will now stay away from anything but booking through the hotel and avoid any second or third party bookings. Resolution Sought Reimburse me for funds they have had in their possession for no services rendered.

I went online to book a room at the Renaissance in Harlem two months before my vacation. I was charged $485 for one night. Attempted to cancel reservation because of a change in plans and was refunded $123. To cancel 2 month in advance and only receive $123 is ridiculous. Will they book this room and receive payment for the same room that they changed me for? This is a scam taking advantage of all who book through this company. Watch what you click on??. I am furious and want my money refunded! Resolution Sought I want the remainder of my payment refunded,?
