This company is associated with lexl travel. I reserved a room with Hilton Garden Inn for 2 nights from my phone which appeared to be a DIRECT reservation with the hotel. My receipt had a "cancellation policy" for $32 attached - - that I did NOT buy because someone from my business had to use the hotel for a must attend court meeting. I would never have purchased such a cancellation policy. I tracked Lexl Travel through my bank's information and discovered this Hotel company. Below is my contact with them, as well as their reply they would refund this charge. However, I have received NO refund, plus the two nights at $108 and the $52 tax charge still does not equal what I was charged even with the amount they agreed to refund. This is a completely fraud of a company and needs to be marked as such. Here is my e mail with them for your records. Hotel Planner is associated with "Lexy Travel" - I reserved a room from what appeared to be a Hilton Garden Inn. It was a "no cancellation" room, which was fine because someone from my business HAD to be at a meeting with the courts these 2 nights. When I received my confirmation, it appeared to be from the Hilton Garden Inn, but my total should have been $272 and it was $362. I finally tracked Lexy Travel down through my bank's information on the charge. I wrote them and got this hotel sight. I explained I had been charged a cancellation fee and was told it would be removed.......so far it has not been, and my c Resolution Sought I would like a refund for the cancellation policy charge as well as the additional charge above the cost of the room and the $52 taxes. HOWEVER, I am concerned about this business having access to my Pay Pal account and will be following up with Pay Pal.

BEWARE.. They used the hotel page so you think you are booking through an online company named Bookingonlline.com. There was NO warning about no refunds, nor that there would be an extra fee of about 120 above the cost of the room added to your bill. It was AFTER you paid that you get the notice of the charges and the NO REFUND notice. I have been trying to get a refund since Sept 2 2024. There is no follow through. They tell you the "board" will review your case....they do not. Several days later you are told you have a voucher to use. They cannot tell you, if you use the voucher...will there be another fee on top of it. I chose to cancel everything . I was told Sept 22 at 3;30PM on a call with Hotel Planner...within 2 weeks I will get a credit. I wrote a bad review on several online review sites. One site , Hotel Planner wrote an automated response as if it were a real person...wanting to help. I emailed the person 2 times...NO RESPONSE. This was 3 days ago. THEY ARE CROOKS and SCAMMERS. There is no online hotel booking service named bookingonline.com They disappeared after I paid for a room that was priced at 158.00 for ONE night. I was charged 271.00. Resolution Sought Credit my account with the money they took. I did not use the reservation. They owe me 271.00.
