Not good

He built a nice fence but severed a 5/8 inch drip line and berried it over a foot deep unprepared. My 90 year old dad is hand watering everything. When I fixed the drip line and turned the system on , I found a broken PVC pipe flooding the yard. He has declined to fix it at this point because "it isn't my responsibility". I'm still working on this but it's going to be a battle. Fencing needs to be removed to repair it.
