Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. MAJOR INTERUPTIONS

Horribly expensive waste of my finances. "internet down 20/24 hours per day *no prorated bills for outages *electric usage continues *movies ending, abruptly *unable to check email *on the lookout just in case I get the green light to rush and pay rent or other bills *working from home is canceled *they monopolizes The Links *on one available for support outside their business hours Lindsey Communication is consistent in on service, no support, and I've paid all bills and one time. Hmmm, maybe I should have been late. At least I would hear from them.
