Business is being run with an expired liquor license.

Business is being run with an expired liquor license, bartenders are drinking and getting drunk behind the bar. The owner has commercial property connected to bar that's being rented out with no bathrooms, no running water. They serve alcohol on Sunday and do not have any type of hot food. Letting customers drink to the point where they are incapacitated and letting them leave and drive. Drug activity as well.
