Lithia should honor the check in time for customers who show up

Lithia has implemented an online check in for their oil changes. Check in starts at 6:30, I arrived at their location before 6:30 and checked in right at 6:30. I was the first vehicle that pulled up at the gate. I waited until 7am for them to open the door and then I was told there was going to be a long wait time because somehow all these other people who hadn't even arrived checked in before I did. The wait time was going to be over 7 hours. This system does not work and it is a waste of time for those of us who actually show up in person on time. Lithia should allow those who actually show up on time to skip ahead the invisible line. I don't know if there is anywhere for me to upload a picture but I have a picture showing my check in time stamped at 6:30 and the 440 minute estimate. I was the first customer to walk through their doors. Lithia should honor the check in time for customers who show up instead of making those who show up wait for someone to get out of bed and drive in at their leisure.
