Very Poor Customer Service

My daughter went and ordered 2 cheese pizza at 6:09 pm she stood there at the counter while 7-8 people were served and given 2 pizzas each while my daughter stood there, it's a hot and ready pizza business but when one gets there they still have to wait for their pizza. I went in there and asked where her pizzas were she had already paid and the cashier said they are just cutting the pizza another 20 minutes went by and I went back there to see what's going on and the manger Christy said oh it's the oven. I said wait, how long will it be and she said 8 minutes I said I just waited 20 and I still have no pizza. She said I will give 1 free crazy bread. I denied that to remind you she is the manger, I wanted my money back I got my money back, I took a picture because there is no pizzas in that heater that are hot and ready. Not 1, I asked for the manger or owner that's higher than her and she took another 5 minutes to get the number. Mind you again, she is calling her boss to let them know what's going on. She comes back and says she said I can call in the morning giving me the stores number! Make sure there is pizza always ready and to serve the customers that were there first and stop taking orders until the customer who paid is already waited on and they have their pizzas. My daughter is sad because they acted as if she wasn't standing there. Mgr needs to be a better manager and should have that place cleaned more and also have the pizza ready to be given out when ordered.
