I was rudely verbal abused by the manager she didn't address my concerns.

I was rudely verbal abused by the manager she didn't address my concerns. She basically rudely spoke very loudly and ignorant towards me that I only could say I'm just going to turn the car in. She never respected me listen to the conversations if it's recorded revoke her licensees or I will see she have them revoked there is no way she should conduct business in the manner that she does. I was literally harassed verbally by this woman also she sounded like a black woman. The address is 1825 W. Imperial Hwy Los Angeles Ca 90047 323-284-7066 call and pretend you me and watch her attitude. I want the company to re-evaluate her business licenses it's a right and wrong way to talk to customers she addressed me rudely and screamed in my ear then rudely cut me off and hung up. She addressed me like some chick on the streets like we were arguing like we having some type of street fight conversation she didn't listen to my concerns and I indicated that I had a buyer for the vehicle and what was my next steps she verbally abused the situation rudely with harsh language and a attitude.
