I called and asked for a quote first because I lost the keys to my car. A technician called me back and quoted me 225. Told him I'd try to find the key then call back. Get another call a while later that he can come and told him I'll call again tomorrow. Next day comes and was told he'd be there at 11, doesn't come until 2. When he is done tells me it'll be 480!!! I tell him I was quoted 225 and I get a call from the manager that the first call never happened because they don't have it recorded... and yet my phone shows I did get a call. At one point the locksmith threatened to remove all the programs from the car (" I don't want to be an asshole but that will be a lot more expensive.") Went back and forth until he took 300 and left. It works but an absolutely terrible experience. It was so frustrating to be gaslit as if I didn't receive a quote. This can't be usual thing that happens to customers but probably is.
