customer satisfaction

My initial impression with the dealership was wonderful. The salesman i dealt with was very nice and not at all pushy. In fact, seemed concerned with my needs and fitting me with the right vehicle. However after i picked up my vehicle i had some problems (as it was a used car that i purchased) Although i had to jump through a few hoops to get a resolution, in the end they seem concerned with customer satisfaction and my issues were resolved. Other friends have recommended this dealership and i would as well.
