I will not return to this business.poor service.

I went to longhorn on11/02/25 at12:30 noon I was served dirty silverware which the waitress brought me a clean fork.then as I'm drinking my sweet tea I feel something on bottom of my drinking glass has a big chip in bottom of the glass I showed it to waitress she brought me a new glass of tea.then I order food to take home to my mom it was ribs and chicken broccoli and bake potatoes is what I ordered but she did not receive her potatoes.when I called in to talk to manager about it I was told by an employee that the manager would call me back before they close.i never got a call back and still have not called me back .bad for business I will not return to this business.poor service.
