Rude and condescending

The company is racist and discriminates against black people. We went to rent a property in 2016, and were constantly asked to present more financials after giving all they requested. We were told that being self employed did not constitute us being able to afford the property. Each time we went in to speak with someone we felt cornered or threatened so we withdrew our application. In 2019, we applied for another place and presented the financials requested. We were given the run around again regarding our finances for self employment. The lady Lynn was very rude and said she remembered us from 2016. She then proceeded to request more financials that were not needed because we explained our business pays our rent. At any rate, her rude and condescending tone forced us to withdraw our application again and we will never apply there again the undertone is that this place is racist and biased towards African American people. I would like for the company to train their staff to deal with people of All races, fairly. I would like some sort of training to be put in place to help them with their customer service of Other ethnicities. I would also like a thorough investigation to be done in order to prove that this company complied or be shut down before law suits are filed.
