Specific bathrooms with disable bars not used by employees who are not disabled. Have some customer relations training for employees.

Shopping for Ref. On Sat. Needed bathroom break. Two disable stalls. Both occupied with Lowe's employees and other one was empty. Had to wait so I could have bars to help me get up since commodes in stall low and no bars to help get up. Yes I am a senior citizen. Also employee in appliance Department had absolutely no personality not friendly.
