I purchased a new frig when delivered, they said the old one wouldn't go Thur the door, told them your people delivered it Thur that door 5 years so the left it in my living room with me I removed the handles got some help and wheeled it out the front door, the one they wouldn't help me with we are 76 years old. I think they where just to lazy and didn't care abut your repertation. They where suppose to put it in my garage. I had to rent a dolly and pay for some to move it. Your delivery people should be trained to do a good job not just dump the new off and plug it in. I even had to crawl under and turn the water off and on. The ones I bought in the past the people where nice and polite hook up everything and went over the operations manual with me. So if you care, do what you think is right, the damage has been done
