The most horrible people work here bad attitudes, the fact that they can just take your housing because they feel like it or deny you for the slightest reason like one missing document is discerning! How can a business set to help house families be taking more housing than they are giving? How can a business that receives billions a year, HAVE a 10 year waiting list and the ones on the list aren't the ones who are helped? Having families of workers in housing before those families who need it should be illegal! I've gotten no where in my process and it's because your employees SUCK! They need to all be looked into and replaced, they're falsifying documents, throwing out and canceling good standing cases because they aren't even doing their jobs to begin with. They have a stamped process and even with that they have the nerve to say that you haven't turned in documents, when you do their are more that they need even when you give them that you have pre-dated denials and these letters are never sent out! When you contact them via phone they never call back, I've emailed HCVP customer service to argue with their personnel on how much to message them as well? Like what the heck is going on with the businesses that are to help the community NOT wanting to help the people in the COMMUNITY! No matter who I am, if the service is wrongly denied then something needs to be done, not just my case but hundreds of cases in Toledo just this year alone!!!!!
