I would like an apology for the way I was treated.

I recently bought a space heater for 44.99 in the store because my daughter has issues where she gets cold easily. The same day I put the heater on, it kept turning off after 5 minutes of use. I went back to the store and the kid working behind the counter tells me they have no more and will get it in. A week later still not in. I went back for a refund and there was a problem with the kid in the store where words were exchanged. I went home to get the box (which was a little damaged) and when I came back his mother was there. Since the box was damaged, she took the heater with the box and threw it in the direction where I was standing almost hitting me. I ended up getting my money back, but my complaint is that they should not treat customers like that. Also, as I was talking to another customer who I know, she said this is not the first time that there has been a problem with the store. This is like the 5th incident with customers of the store. I would like an apology for the way I was treated.
