Luxury Nails

If you're here in our neighborhood to serve people she needs to act like it.

On May 2, My two nieces and myself went into a nail shop to be service ..The lady that was the greater at the door looked as if she was fatigued or angry. My niece at the age of seven(7) asked if she could show her what color of polish she like on her nails. The woman angrily said "hurry up little girl" and my niece looked up at her in fear. The woman then turned to my niece and said "sit down little girl!!" That's when I looked at her and asked her if she could have a better tone? She looked at me and said go put your feet in the water, what are you getting?? " She proceeds to past me the hand manican and says what are you getting?? Asking about the price of nails in the meantime the water was hot and I asked her could she put some cold water in the tub for this pedicure. The woman was so upset with me because I did not pick a price that was pleasing to her, she told me to get out!! I told her she cannot charge me what she wants to and I wanted to see a price list she refuses to show me a price list made me get out and screamed at my nieces to stay. I told her that they were going with me and she saying that they were staying and I get out!!! It was so rude and unprofessional, my niece was so afraid she thought that she was going to do something to me. The woman was upset because I was asking questions about the utensils were they clean, the employees wasn't wearing masks, it was rumored that some wasn't licensed and when I asked for license that's when I was thrown out.
