Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Thank you for the response of hearing and understanding what the Americans are going through during this time in need.

I wasn't happy of the pressure that was put upon me but when I received the call from the Financial Department and allowing me to pay what I could until things get back to normal from the Coronavirus IT TOOK ALOT OF PRESSURE AND STRESS OF MY AND MY FAMILY.THANKS FOR THE UNDERSTANDING.AND THANK YOU AS WELL FOR YOUR RESPONSES AS WELL.BE SAFE AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL
