On November 15,2021 my son purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla from said dealership. His financed through the dealership and paid 2500.00 as down payment. He left the dealership at approximately 8:30 Central time. Upon leaving the dealership we discovered there were no back lights. There were also other problems that were noted with the car. We contacted the dealership and were told to return the car on 11/17 to make necessary repairs. The car was returned at 8 am on 11/17 where the car remained all day without any contact being made with us concerning repairs. We returned to the dealership at approximately 5pm central time only to find no results of repairs and was told that the necessary repairs would be made no later they 1 pm central time on 11/18. We received a call at 11am central time with an update that the car would be ready after 1pm. We did not receive a call and we made several attempts to make contact but to no avail. We returned to the dealership at approximately 4pm and was given the run around for 2 hrs concerning the repairs that were never in progress because they could not locate the part needed after being told that the car would be ready 11/18. We asked to be given a loaner car but we're denied. We then asked for refund the request was denied at first and then we were told we could get it in the morning but timing was the issues since we had be lied to and treated unfairly since the purchase was made.
