I filed this complaint months ago. October 2023 I was visited by a very high pressure salesman for windows. I am 70 yrs old and feel this was senior abuse. A real sweet talker. I signed the contract that he read to me. My reading capabilities with the fine fine print were not good. He assured me "Nothing to worry about". Months past whe in February I called to cancel order due to a family emergency which included my money. They told me the order was just delivered and I owed them $4,623.00, I paid the amount have receipt. Thought I would receive the 2 windows without installation. Requested bill of sale receipt. Never received. I sent many messages to them regarding this. Never heard back. I am living on SS and that drained my account. If I would have received windows it would have been something. I think I have to file a lawsuit to regain my money for which I received NOTHING. A complete rip of. Please follow up on this. It's stealing. I am a widow so I was alone at time of signing. Big mistake. Resolution Sought A total refund for me receiving nothing. And receipt from them

On 1/29/2024 we received a request for a window quote for a bay window and possible 3 windows in a garage On 1/30/2024 we reached out to and spoke to Sheila she confirmed a sales appointment for 1/31/2024, and also confirmed she is the sole homeowner. On 1/31/2024 a member of our sales team visited with Sheila, and Sheila signed a contract to replace 2 of her windows. On 2/7/2024 a member of our measure team visited the residence to confirm measurements, as well as confirming the scope of work. On 2/9/2024 Sheila called our scheduling team to let us know that an install date of 2/15/2024 would not work, and that she preferred an install date in March 2024. On 2/27/2024 all of the materials needed for the window project were received and ready to install. On 3/7/2024 we spoke to Sheila and she informed us that due to family matters, she would like to cancel her project. We informed her that because we have all the materials needed to complete her project, that there would be a cancellation fee. Sheila was OK with the cancellation fee amount and mailed us a check. On 3/12/2024 the check for the cancellation fee, from Sheila was received and deposited and her project was officially cancelled. On 1/6/2025 We reached out to Sheila via Text, phone call & email. I informed her that I had received the BBB complaint, and I apologize for any music miscommunication that may have occurred, I let her know that her windows are still sitting in our warehouse as we were waiting for her to come pick them up, I informed her that we would be happy to deliver them to her, I am currently waiting on a response from her on when a good time would be for us to deliver the materials to her.
