The business does not have any form of a grease trap.

I noticed that the business does not have any form of a grease trap. I noticed them pouring the grease down the sewer drain one day and then I looked around to see if they had a form of a grease trap and I couldn't seem to find one. I don't know the laws on restaurants or corner stores selling fast food or fried food that don't have grease traps. But so far this one does not look like they have any form of a grease trap so at this point somebody does need to investigate the store because that is a big issue with them pouring the grease down the sewer drain. Stop selling fried food until they get the proper grease trap installed.
