Poor customer service

I do not know the name of the aggressor herein, although I could very easily attain it. At this Chevron there are 2 females with long hair and glasses. Both of them have had a consistently horrid attitude towards customers. The proverbial defendant here is the shorter of the 2 females. Checking out, I went to use my card by sticking the chip into the reader. Before I even had time to pull my card back out, she had nearly yelled to me three times to "slide the card", getting louder with each time she said to slide the card. I looked up at her to see that she was very clearly highly agitated with me. This of course not being my first encounter with her constant negativity, I suggested that she should just step back from the situation, take a breathe and that everything was cool. Now in a near rage, she began speaking down to me about how I should know better than to try to insert the chip of the card into their broken card reader. I calmly made the point that this was not the only store I ever go to, and in fact is the only one I've seen in quite a while where I still have to slide the card to make a purchase. Anyway it was about at this point that she said she's going to cancel my order, I suppose out of petty vindication, but it was too late as the system had already processed my purchase.
