Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Man calls me asks for me by name, I say "Yes," and ask who he is he states debt collector that sent me a letter. I did not remember ever getting a letter. asks me to give personal info to verify who I am. I have had identity compromised, so I state you called me, please send me another letter. So after I hang up I realize I want validated. Call back state name and last 4 of social security, get transferred back, now just called back and verified last 4 of S security number, I said " please do not call me and send a validation by mail, I found letter does not look familiar. Refuses states "I don't know who you are !" I gave name and last 4 of Social security number that is validation. Mandarich is refusing to validate debt and breaking FCA law. Resolution Sought I want them to get penalized for not following fair credit act.

I received a notice that they were going to sue me for a collection back in June I immediately tried to contact them several times to figure out how to create a payment plan or otherwise take care if it to avoid litigation. I finally got ahold of someone who assured me that if I made a payment plan and stuck to it then they wouldn't pursue the lawsuit. I didn't believe him I made 2 payments one on 6/20 for 500 and then July 1st for the remaining balance. I have receipts for both payments. so the debt was paid in full by 7/1. today 7/23 a Saturday mind you. I was served lawsuit papers that were filed on 7/7 a full week after I paid them in full. this is unacceptable and egregious. if this suit is not dropped I will counter sue for unlawful collections practices, intimidation, and lying. Resolution Sought for now I will be satisfied to have the case thrown out and the suit dropped. I may pursue my own legal action if I deem it necessary
