Communication to customer is lacking. Quality of work is questionable. Time frame of completing project unacceptable.

Company's contract said that the project would take 30 days or less to complete. It has been 5 months and the project is still not complete. The communication between the company is very lacking. Promises of completion dates were broken. The quality of the work was questionable and overall I would not recommend this company.
