Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. do NOT recommend...very shady operation!

My husband Dr.Fadjo and I stopped by this dealership in Tilton NH.. inquired about a car on a Friday..there was major work needed so owner was going to ask the dealership they got the car from {supposedly} if they would fix some of it at a reasonable price and then we would decide if it was worth it. Saturday they called us..aftermarket parts..we said no...a short time later we texted that we would NOT be interested anymore as we did NOT trust their cars..Monday AM they cashed OUR 300 dollar check they had asked us to give them to hold...promised NOT to cash it until we decided IF we wanted the car... they ran to the bank first thing Monday morning to cash it. We did NOT sign a contract just relied on their word and handshake...DON'T...these people are very shady! Anderson Auto STOLE our money as far as I'm concern and I will see them in COURT..Yazmin Fadjo
