Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The quality of the workmanship was excellent!

I worked with Marty Miller on the build-out of my business, Waxing The City, and couldn't be happier with the experience. The project included a full demolition and complete rebuild of the space. Marty was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and always kept me informed, especially when any issues came up—his proactive communication made a huge difference. The project was completed within budget, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. I've also appreciated how responsive and helpful Marty has been post-handoff, quickly addressing the small things that inevitably pop up after a build. I rate the experience a 5 out of 5 and would absolutely recommend Marty to others. I'm already planning to work with him again on my next location in Concord this fall!
