Complainants allege company’s solicitation is misleading and misrepresentation of their services. Customers allege receiving official looking solicitations which contain information about their mortgage loans and potential litigation against the lender. Complainants allege the solicitation falsely claims the company is an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau that they have an excellent rating and that they can assist customers in reducing their interest rate and amount owed on their loan.
