This company advertises on the internet the ability to create novelty fake ID's at various prices which are proclaimed to be comparable to State Identification Cards. We urge caution. Remeber, this company's product is a novelty, it should not be used to create a new identity and re-apply for a State issued DMV license free of past citations, suspensions or revocations. The fines and penalties imposed for creating or falsifying your identification may be much tougher than coping with your present DMV record. The Federal Trade Commission's Mail Order Rule allows the seller 30 days to ship ordered products to the buyer unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. If the seller cannot ship within the 30 day period, they are required to notify the buyer in writing of the delay, and give the option of waiting or having their money returned within seven days. Credit card payments must be credited within one billing cycle.
