I was tricked, deceived and lied to when I hired them to publish my 3 books. They also failed on a promise to produce a website that customers could order books from. Then they took it down. I have never received a royalty check from book sales. They claim to have an office in NJ but it's a virtual office space to give them a United States address. They don't have an employee there. They have blocked me from calling, I threatened to sue them. I want to take my books away from them and have them arrested for fraud and theft.
