Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I received a quote for a walk in tub . I mustdkrnky did not read all of the 15 pages on the contract. It advertised a kinglet & the displays advertised are deceiving as they do not give you any choices of placement , finished walls , shelves etc. They just came out & took over a 10 ft wide by 11 ft bathroom & placed a small 52 inch wide tub in that area with plastic sidings all around it. It was awful & the water would not stay hit after only three feet of water. After weeks of negotiations they finally came out & placed it flat against the wall with not even a six inch shelf which was supposed to be done by the manager. Furthermore they had to remove my door to bathroom & replaced it with an off white door which previously was a white door & the ends of the door are not even painted. I am having it all redone at a cost of more money & they are way overpriced for what was installed with no finishing touches
