They need to follow all safety measures as everyone else, no smoking in office, cleaning & sanitizing office & lobby, keeping tenants & workers safe.

Me & my husband lived over here for. 4 years, my husband use to work in the office for 2 yrs. My husband quit due to un cleanliness of the owners & workers in office & Co-Workers. Then when this outbreak of the corona virus took place. No one in office is going by protocols & safety measures. There's a note in the office in the lobby. above the sink that says wash hands for 20 secs. That note was there for 2 months & not changed & you can tell cause the note is faded and the writing is faded. & no workers are cleaning & sanitizing the office & lobby. I do my laundry in the lobby going in the office there is dirt on tol of washer & dryers & garbage is always full & the workers including owners are smoking in lobby & office, when we go to office to pay rent or what ever it may be or any tenant that goes in office it smells of smoke & bad odor. Putting all tenants & workers of this serious virus. & There not following social distance tenants & workers are side by side & mingling, & the housekeepers are not using disposable gloves when cleaning rooms I seen housekeeper have rubber glove on 1 hand & using same glove for 3 days. Me & my husband are leaving May 1st 2020 as we found an apartment but this is unsafe & hazardous conditions & safety for all tenants & workers. This place needs to be investigated. Housekeepers using right gloves for both hands not just 1 hand, getting bad odor smell out of lobby & office, They need to take showers & proper hygiene,
