Damage to vehicle at work site

This company did concrete work at my apartment complex right infront of my vehicle 2 feet away and damaged the front hood, grill, and bumper. They failed to notify me to move my car while working on breaking concrete. I spoke with owner and asked to file a claim for damages he looked at my car and said “ my employee should have asked management to have you move your vehicle” he then said if i wanted money? I daid no I want to file a claim for damage and get car repaired. He wanted me to lie and put it on his truck insurance I said no. He said he would file a claim then I never heard from him he would not answer my calls until finally I called him and he said im not responsible im not filling a claim and not taking responsibility. Im very upset that he is not professional allowed his worker to yell at me saying he cored the debris with his own body on a concrete square about 2 ft by 8 ft breaking concrete with hammer and wet saw. Really thats the answer I got! Very unprofessional
