Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Te establishment take down those false signs and allow access to the restrooms

Why is it customers can purchase inside McDonald's ordering food but denied access use to their restroom facilities. Claiming Both men and women restrooms By posting on each door stating Out of Order. When I've witnessed several employees entering and exiting the restrooms in the establishment. Their claiming that are Out of Order this is unfair to paying customers can someone please investigate this matter. For the Store Manager and Manager to prove the restrooms facilities are actually Out of Service. But yet I've seen several employees men and the women using the restrooms and if its proven the restrooms are indeed in working order for the establishment take down those false signs and allow access to the restrooms back to the paying customers.
