Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. poor representation ,dismissal for my case at this late stage

I retained McCready/burger law last year and April I only dealt with a consultant and when I finally found out who my lawyer was Max Brown he said he was busy, said that he had other things to do and I told him I said were you supposed to be my lawyer he disregard that and said he had other things to do he actually said a curse word, you told me that he didn't want to be my lawyer anymore and that he was drawn from the case right here at the year close to a year this happened January of 26th and I had to find another lawyer but I was told to make sure I file a complaint and that's what I'm doing for a poor representation ,dismissal for my case at this late stage, and inappropriate contact we have no communication at all and I had to contact him to find out who he was the very first time we spoke and this is how I get treated so I'm doing something legally about it thank you. Well now I have found another lawyer, I just want to make sure that something happens in the proper channels so no one else will have to go through this trauma as I seen online the better Business bureau has them at communications complaints and with drawing from cases at the end, well that should have been a settlement.
