Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Just close! They will never filter out the garbage employees and the trashy service!

Absolutely sick of trying to order food from here. Nothing but a bunch of disrespectful kids whom have NO business handling the publics food, or even working in the public PERIOD! Undercooked constantly, never wrapped properly and always just thrown in a bag and slung to you through the window! Drive through employees constantly handing food out to friends whom walk up to the window. I don't believe they have ever once made an order for me correctly! These are my dollars I'm giving to them for a dining experience that one can expect from McDonald's, yet this one store is the only store anyone knows of who will guarantee you horrible service! The entire staff need filtered out and re-staffed with people who can actually do the job! These idiots cry and complain needing more wage... but still cant properly hold the onions from a burger when ordered as so or even wear a half smile! My family will never be back here again! Perhaps the management should not hire on hood thugs and idiot kids!
