Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. On saturday 11/07/2020, as a regular customer at this McDonalds, I was leaning on a table while waiting in line because I have bi-laterial knees replacement and the new manager Mr. Michael rudely told me not to lean on the table, when I got to the register he told the cashier not to serve me, I did not move, I told him I am waiting on the cops and I am under disability with 2 fake knees, he yet said he is not serving me and that he did not care. I finally did get served after I told him I was suing because He did this exact same action towards me 3 months ago, and a consumer can to my defense. I WANT THIIS MAN FIRED.
