Abrupt in Handling

Very nice to get the business, my husband just died recently, and I feel not very compassionate, no sympathy card, and only thing attorney addressed how much life insurance, I signed the policy over to the funeral director, 12,000.00, nothing left over, didn't even have a service, very cold, I feel unprofessional, and wish I had gone to another attorney. When I told Brad how I felt, he said he was blocking my number, I am glad, but I had not intention to get in touch period with them. It's rough right now.
