Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Mciver's Exterminators

I moved into my current home in 1998. Soon after, I was confronted with an infestation of airwegs. It reminded me of the movie "Birds." A Neighbor recommended I call Mcivers, which I did. They responded in a timely manner. It took many hours as the airwegs were in the attic, coming through the windows, and every nook and crack before they were eradicated and they followed up for the next few days. I was impressed and haven't had an airweg problem since then. They do a quarterly inside/outside spray and inspection which virtually eradicates most insects. They also respond to any unforseen problem at no extra cost under your quarterly contract. Annual termite inspections, upon request, are done with no charge. I have been super satisfied with Mciver's for over 21 years Mciver's is a family business, so there is a personal touch I appreciate. You might also enjoy conversations with Joe on various subjects.
