Why would she do that?

Came in with severe anxiety/headache. Heather at check in gave me a tablet I Answered a few questions and it told me to immediately take my tablet back to check in so that I could be waited on right away. Heather at check in canceled it out and told me to sit down and continue!! Why would she do that? I'm about to pass out she's being rude thus is just awful and not right. As I'm sitting here and they are all laughing
